Get ready for our Annual Winter Retreat!
We are organizing our annual Winter Retreat on Christmas Holiday time as usual.
We are expecting people in thirst of Qur’anic knowledge from all around U.S. and even from oversees.
Especially, we will have renowned speakers who are Masters of the tafsir of Qur’an, Risale-i Nur.
We hope to benefit from our esteemed speakers and from all our participants who will be bringing their own unique perspective.

*The event starts on Dec 20th Saturday evening and ends on Dec 28th Sunday after
breakfast. You are welcome to join for entire period, or certain dates that you choose.
*The retreat accommodation is in the same place as the retreat, in Grand Hotel. Check-in
time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. The rate is $67 per night. Rates are based on 2
adults per room; there is an extra adult fee of $20 per night / per adult for additional
adults. Maximum room occupancy is 5 guests. You will need to pay directly to the hotel
when you check in. For details and booking contact the hotel directly, mentioning

*Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served by retreat organization for a fee of $10 per
person per day. The food is free of charge for the kids under the age of 6. We will be
serving Turkish food cooked by professional Turkish chefs. If you have any special
concern about the food, please let us know.
* Special discount might be available for you if you have insufficient funds.
* Childcare will also be available at no additional cost. It is essential that you note your
childcare needs in registration so that we can plan accordingly.
* There is no additional registration fee for the retreat.

*You will be given a handout upon your arrival to the hotel that will include necessary
info and a schedule of the program.
The things you may want to bring with you to the retreat:
Qur’an, Risale-i Nur, your du’a/prayer books, notebooks, etc.
Prayer rugs, sleepers, any personal items
Rooms have microwave, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge. So that, you are welcome
to bring your own tea/coffee and drinks and any snacks if you wish. You may also bring
plastic forks/plates/spoons/mugs etc… for your personal use if you wish.
If you have kids, you may want to bring toys, coloring books, etc. for them.
